Risk-Free Cancellation
With our booking system, customers can cancel their reservations free of charge within the cancellation period specified for the selected boat. A prepayment is required to confirm the booking. If a customer decides to cancel the booked service, change the date, change the boat, or is unable to attend due to reasons such as bad weather or illness, the refund conditions will depend on the cancellation terms of the selected boat. Each boat has its own cancellation policy, which is displayed during the booking process. The cancellation period is typically between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled departure.

Refund Guidelines for the Day of Service
Our team manages all bookings, while the boat trip itself is operated by one of our trusted local partners in Mallorca. If you have any concerns during your trip, we recommend discussing them directly with the boat operator at the time of the service.
If our partner approves a full refund and notifies us accordingly, we will process the refund of your prepayment as quickly as possible. Our priority is customer satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided by the operator, we cannot guarantee a refund unless the operator authorizes it. Once the operator has offered a resolution, such as a refund, voucher, or gift certificate, no further claims can be accepted.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to additional fees according to the cancellation policy of the booked boat. In the event of a no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable and the full amount paid will be retained.
Right to Refuse Service
Under certain circumstances, Boat Rental Mallorca reserves the right to refuse service or terminate cooperation without issuing a refund. This includes disruptive, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior that may cause harm, damage property, or negatively affect the comfort or safety of customers, employees, partners, or crew members.
