Cancellation policy:

• A deposit of 30% of the charter price is required to confirm any booking
• Cancellations made more than 2 months before the charter date will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid
• Cancellations made between 2 months and 10 days before the charter date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, with a 15% handling fee based on the boat value
• Cancellations made within the last 10 days before the charter date are non-refundable, and 100% of the deposit will be lost
