Speed boat and water sports:

• Half day (4 hours) — 750 € + 21% VAT
• Full day (7 hours) — 1200 € + 21% VAT

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of cancellation by the Yacht due to technical malfunction or force majeure (Act of God), the total amount paid by the client will be fully refunded.
• Weather conditions: Cancellation due to adverse weather is at the captain’s discretion. Cloudy weather or forecast conditions are not valid reasons for cancellation. When possible, an alternative date will be offered.
• Client cancellation: More than 30 days before the charter date — 25% cancellation fee. Between 15 and 30 days before the charter date — 50% cancellation fee. Less than 15 days before the charter date — 100% cancellation fee.
• Third party services: External services (catering, DJ, water sports, etc.) follow their own cancellation policies. The Yacht accepts no liability for refunds or conditions set by third party providers.
• Reservation deposit: A 50% deposit of the total charter amount is required to confirm the booking. The Yacht reserves the right to cancel any request if payment is not received.
• Final payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before the event date.
• Non payment: Failure to complete the final payment may result in cancellation of the charter and the initial deposit will be retained as cancellation compensation.
• Security deposit: A €2,000 security deposit will be authorized via credit card during check in and fully released after the charter provided no damage has occurred to the vessel.
