Cancellation Policy:

• 50 percent of the total transport invoice must be paid to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 50 percent must be paid no later than 7 days before boarding.
• Catering and beverage services must be paid in full no later than 15 days before departure.
• In case of adverse weather conditions, at the captain’s discretion, the excursion will be cancelled and the transport amount will be fully refunded.
• Contracted catering services are non refundable but may be used at another establishment chosen by the client.
• Cancellation 30 to 15 days before departure: 50 percent of the boat reservation amount is charged.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: 100 percent of the boat reservation amount is charged.
• Catering cancelled more than 15 days before departure: no charge.
• Catering cancelled within 15 days before departure: 100 percent of the catering amount is charged.
