Frequently asked questions

How to book a boat in Mallorca?

Booking a boat with us is quick and easy! Choose your preferred vessel from our catalog and click “Request a booking.” Fill in your contact details and order specifications, then submit your request. Within 10-15 minutes, our manager will contact you to confirm your booking or help you choose a more suitable boat. After finalizing the details, you’ll need to make a deposit of 20-50% depending on the selected boat. Once the payment is made, you will receive a booking confirmation via email and phone, along with all the necessary information about your order, including the contact details of the administrator or captain who will meet you at the marina.

We ensure 100% security for online payments on our website. Your banking details remain confidential, as after clicking the “Pay” button, you are automatically redirected to a secure payment page of Redsys, PayPal, or Stripe (depending on your chosen payment method). The transaction is processed directly through the bank or payment platform, which utilizes the latest cryptographic data protection protocols.

Additionally, we use SSL encryption to ensure the secure transmission of information.

Before making any online payment, we recommend ensuring that your browser is updated to the latest version and that your device has an active antivirus program. This is a fundamental security rule for all online transactions.

If the weather conditions do not allow for a safe trip, we will offer you all possible alternatives, including rescheduling to the nearest available dates with good weather, either on your booked boat or another available yacht.

If your booking date is fixed and cannot be changed, we guarantee a full refund of your reservation.

The passenger limit is regulated by Spanish law. A leisure boat cannot carry more than 11 passengers on board. If your group exceeds this limit, we recommend renting multiple boats. They can stay close to each other at a safe distance in open water, allowing you to swim and enjoy your time together as a group.

We also have boats with special licenses that allow for a higher passenger capacity. To learn more about these options, contact our manager, who will help you find the best solution for your group.

Your booking confirmation will include the contact details of the administrator or captain at the marina, along with the exact geolocation of the meeting point. You can contact them in advance to discuss any details or ask any questions. At the scheduled time, they will meet you and assist with any necessary arrangements.

Please arrive at the marina at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled departure to ensure a smooth experience. Kindly note that in case of late arrival, payments are non-refundable and cannot be compensated.

Extending your rental is possible if there are no confirmed bookings after your reservation. However, if another guest has already paid for the next booking, an extension will not be available.

The sea is always mesmerizing, and chances are you’ll want to enjoy your time on the water a little longer. If you’re unsure about the rental duration, we recommend choosing a longer trip — we’re confident you’ll love it!

Most boats do not allow pets on board, but some do permit small animals. However, they must not sit on the sofas or teak decking, and their claws should be properly trimmed.

Before booking, please check with our manager to confirm pet-friendly options and find the best boat for your needs.
